DAVID MEYERS
PRESIDENT
David Meyers co-founded ENUIT® in 2008. Meyers received his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Rice University. Meyers has spent most of his 30-year career building trading systems for energy merchants. After architecting the “MG Natural Gas trading platform,” he founded Nucleus Corporation and built one of the original commercially-available, multi-commodity trading platforms. Meyers’ leadership and vision enable him to bring the next generation ETRM trading platform to the market in the form of his newest product called ENTRADE®.
KEN HAN
CEO
Ken Han, co-founder of ENUIT®, began his career in software development management nearly 20 years ago at Nucleus Corporation, where he moved from developer to lead developer and architect, eventually becoming VP of Software Development and lead system architect. Ken’s business acumen and technical vision help ENUIT® present a physical and financial, multi-commodity, user-friendly E/CTRM system. Ken designed the new standard in E/CTRM trading systems in the open-architectured ENTRADE® framework.
DAVID RAO
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
David joined ENUIT® in 2015. Prior to ENUIT®, he had over 20 years of experience in CTRM/ETRM with Citi Group Commodities, Deutsche Bank Commodities, Shell Trading North America and Triple Point Technologies in various roles. David Rao has broad experience and in-depth knowledge in Physicals and Derivatives in a wide spectrum of commodities.
He started his CTRM/ETRM career as a CTRM/ETRM system developer, then as a client-side user of various systems for 15 years. He is responsible for laying out the roadmap of ENTRADE® to provide the best CTRM/ETRM system to clients. David Rao graduated from Southeast University in China with a Bachelor’s Degree. His Master’s Degree is in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
CHUNXING SHEN
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Chunxing joined ENUIT® in 2010. Prior to ENUIT®, he is the lead technical analyst for Calpine Corp for 10 years. Chunxing has twenty plus years of experience on CTRM/ETRM, and broader knowledge and experience in information technology, software architecture, development, and methodology. He is in charge of Enuit’s SaaS/Hosting Services, as well as Enuit’s IT and DevOps.
Chunxing has MBA in Finance and Energy Risk Management from the University of Houston, a Masters in Computer Science from Maharishi University of Management, and Bachelor in Electronics Engineering from Southeast University.
